1. High Temperature - gas or electric domestic ovens will not reach anywhere near 350oC.
2. A Stone Hearth - to finish the pizza on the stone hearth for the last couple of minutes resulting in a crisp crunchy base.
3. A Wood Fire - that breathes through the oven to impart that uniquely wonderful wood fired flavour.

Koala Ovens are a versatile four in one unit.
They are a wood fired oven for breads, meats, fish and pizza.
They are a great way to barbeque meat, chicken and hamburgers to perfection using a rack above the oven floor.
They are an outdoor fireplace.
They are a smoker for fish, chicken etc with the use of some wet sawdust or wood chips added to the firebox
